tp6問題php think swoole能正常加上start或者其他的命令就報錯

PHP版本是7.4 SWOOLE版本是寶塔安裝的4.+的我運(yùn)行
php think swoole能正常但是運(yùn)行其他的都報這樣錯誤

（ php think swoole start restart都報下面錯誤是什么問題有沒有大神解答下）
